This doens't seem to be hard, yet it seems easier to just copy and paste for most of you.
Links are kept hidden so Guests can't see them and search engine bots don't grab them, plus it just looks cleaner.

Method 1:

1. type the title you want show: Glee - Pappa Don't Preach
2. using your left mouse click, highlight that: Glee - Pappa Don't Preach
3. now click the URL button (it's found just above the box you are typing in):
   Code:
   [url=]Glee - Pappa Don't Preach[/url]
4. now paste the link you have right after the = sign:
   Code:
   [url=http://www.linkgoes.here]Glee - Pappa Don't Preach[/url]
   now you'll have this:  URL is hidden from guests, please register as a member to view the link 

Method 2:

1. click the URL button (found just above the box you are typing in):
   Code:
   [url=][/url]
2. paste your link just after the = sign:
   Code:
   [url=http://www.linkgoes.here][/url]
3. now paste your title inbetween the ] and [ :
   Code:
   [url=http://www.linkgoes.here]Glee - Pappa Don't Preach[/url]
   now you'll have this:  URL is hidden from guests, please register as a member to view the link 

Method 3:

1. type it all out manually:
   
   Code:
   [url=http://www.linkgoes.here]Glee - Pappa Don't Preach[/url]

Many seem to click the URL button, but don't bother putting the link after the = sign, and when you go to edit the post, the = sign is gone....because you didn't use it (if so jsut add it in). or they just copy a link from elsewhere and paste it and off htey go (usually they can't even be bothered to re-upload it when it goes down).
